Can I print my ebook?

Yes, only upto 10% of the total pages on your ebook. Kaplan permits the print of ebook (maximum 10% of total pages) and you can print maximum 10 pages at a time.

How do i access my ebook?

One you have purchased the ebook, the token key to access the same will be sent to your registered email within 3-5 working days. Instructions to activate your token key along with the other details will be shared along with the same.

Can I download the eBook as a PDF or use it outside of the app?

No, the content is protected and will remain within the app.

Can my eBook expire?

Access to your eBook (including via desktop or mobile app) will continue for a period of 18 months from the date you activate your token key. However, if your account is unused for a period of three months, your account may be deactivated. Your account will be reactivated (up to the period of 18 months from the date you activate your token key) upon logging into your account, but you may lose any previously stored notes, annotations or bookmarks.

Can I return my eBook?

No, ebooks once purchased cant be returned

I am not an Indian Student or I am based out of India, Can I purchase this ebook sitting in any other country?

Yes, This is an ebook and Can be purchased and used from any country across the world. You just have to change the currency to make the payment in USD and once the payment is made, token key for ebook will be sent to your registered email within 3-5 working days along with the instructions to activate the same.
