Terms and Conditions – FinTram Global

Please go through all the terms and conditions in detail and in case of any clarification/queries reach out to support@fintram.com

1 – Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable / non-adjustable / non-transferable under any circumstances.
2 – Fintram’s Payment Guidelines:

Payment can be accepted in online mode.
No additional charges will apply if payment is made to our bank account via Net Banking or UPI.
If payment is made through a Debit/Credit Card (even with UPI), a 3% Surcharge will be applied.
In case of cheque payment, any cheque bounced for whatsoever reason, a penalty of Rs. 1000/- + GST will be charged.

3 – A loan is subject to approval by the financing agency, and in case of rejection, a fee is to be paid in advance. In case of any instalments, All the Installments must be paid on time, and non-payment will result in termination with no refund and any reactivation will have a penalty of INR 5000/- + GST.
4 – Student / Parent must behave professionally with the Teachers, classmates and FinTram Staff. Any violations will lead to strict consequences including expulsion without any fee refund.
5 – LMS Configuration:

FinTram recorded Sessions will be available on LMS, and can be seen on Windows PC/laptop and Android/IOS Mobile (the configuration as below). You can watch the session on one device at a time.
Windows: Window-10 and above; Processor: Core 2 Duo & above, Ram: 4 GB & Above, Check Display/ Audio Drivers are Updated
Androids: 7.0 and, Minimum RAM 3GB, Internal Storage 32 GB (*Not Compatible with Motorola Devices)
IOS – iOS version 12 or higher
There is no formatting of the laptop or system after the installation of our software (neither intentionally nor accidentally). Once installed in one laptop/system/mobile, it cannot be changed for any reason. A separate activation key to be purchased ( at INR 1950 per key) for any system change in any circumstances.
Sessions can be accessed on both Windows and mobile devices, but only on one device at a time. Ensure you log out from one device before starting on another.
A good Internet Connection is a must for downloading the lectures and Connection to external Devices (large in size) is not allowed to play the lectures (for example. HDD, External Screen, TV, etc.)

6 – All the terms of the contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Delhi, India. The Courts of Law at Delhi/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this contract.

ACCA Course

ACCA Course – Terms & Conditions

On purchase of this product, you will get complimentary services from Fintram Global including:
1 – Student gets lectures based on availability for classroom/Live online/Recorded classes (for any particular subject). The choice of live online/classroom classes depends on availability. Once a mode of class is chosen for a subject, changing that mode will depend on the availability of seat in the class.
2 – Students may opt for hard copies of study material and will incur additional charges of INR 1000 per book and delivery fee of INR 600 per courier (2 books) in India (Free for registration cases).
3 – In case Exam Pass assurance with Registration or with 6 months Class – If a student fails to clear an exam in 6 months, free access to a recording/live class – if available of the same subject will be provided for the next 3 months. Beyond this, the Course fee will be charged again.
4 – The student is responsible for the documents (IDs, Marksheets, Degrees, Certificates, etc.) required for ACCA Registration. FinTram shall not be responsible for any gaps in the same.
5 – If a student takes leave and misses classes, we are not responsible for syllabus coverage. Students must refer to recordings. To attend sessions again, fees must be paid again.
6 – Students must attend all the tests/mocks so that performance can be assessed. It will be only on specified dates, if missed we will provide the test for home practice only.

US CPA Course

US CPA Course – Terms & Conditions

1 – This course fee is for the purchase of Becker’s CPA Review Course which includes Online Test banks, Hardcopy Books, Faculties videos of Becker’s, Flashcards, etc. (access for 24 months).
On purchase of this product, you will get complimentary services from Fintram Global including:

- Fintram’s Live Online classes + Recorded sessions in LMS
- Evaluation and exam process assistance
- Placement assistance.

2 – If a student takes leave and misses classes, we are not responsible for syllabus coverage. Students must refer to recordings.
3 – The student is responsible to get all the requisite documents (IDs, Marksheets, Degrees, Certificates, etc.) required for CPA evaluation and Registration. FinTram shall not be responsible for any gaps in the same.
4 – The student is responsible for evaluating credentials and eligibility. Any evaluation fees or re-evaluation fees (if any) are to be paid directly by the student to NASBA/WES. Eligibility terms and conditions are subject to change by NASBA/Respective states, and they are the final decision-making authority for the same. FinTram will support and guide the student in the overall evaluation process.
5 – In case of evaluation, FinTram will suggest the student take the additional qualification/bridge course. It is the student’s responsibility to complete that additional qualification/bridge course at its own cost. FinTram will assist in guiding the respective courses.
6 – Exam Pass Assurance – If a student fails to clear an exam in 24 months, free access to FinTram recording of the same subject will be provided for the next 6 months. Beyond this, the Course fee will be charged again.
