Terms and Conditions

Student gets lectures based on availability for Class Room/Live online/Recorded classes (for any particular subject). Choice of live online/classroom classes depends on availability. Once a mode of class is chosen for a subject ,changing that mode will not be possible.
Student may opt for hard copy of study material and will incur additional charges of INR 1000 per book (Free for registration cases) and delivery fee of INR 600 per courier (2 books) in India.
In case Exam Pass assurance with Registration or 6 months Class – If student fails to clear a exam in 6 months, free access to recording of the same subject will be provided for next 3 months. Beyond this, Course fee will be charged again.
Fees to be paid in advance which will be non-refundable/non-adjustable/ non-tranferrable under any circumstances. In case of Loan; it is subject to approval by financing agency and in case of any rejection, fee is to be paid as per FinTram Fee installment schedule. Instalments must be paid on time and non-payment will result in termination with no refund.
Student is responsible for their documents (IDs, Marksheets, Degree, Certificates etc.) required for ACCA Registration. FinTram shall not be responsible for any gaps in the same.
If student takes leaves and misses classes, we are not responsible for syllabus coverage. Student must refer to recordings. To attend sessions again, fees must be paid again.
Student must attend all the tests/mocks so that performance can be assessed. It will be only on specified dates, if missed we will provide the test for home practice only.
Students must behave professionally towards teachers and classmates. Proper Care to be taken off for Fintram’s property and avoid causing any harm. Any violations will lead to strict consequences including expulsion without any fee refund.
Fintram’s Payment Guidelines:
1. Payment will be accepted in Cash or through any Online mode.
2. If payment is made into our Bank Account via Net Banking or UPI, no additional charges will apply.
3. If payment is made through a Debit/Credit Card, a 3% Surcharge will be applied.

For Video/Recordings : Minimum System requirement and Other Guidelines

Recorded Sessions will be avalable on LMS which can be seen on Windows PC/laptop and Android Mobile (configuration needed is as below). You can watch session on one device at one time.
Windows: Window-8 and above; Processor: Dual Core & Above minimum 2 ghz, Ram: 3GB & Above, Check Display/ Audio Drivers are Updated
Androids: 7.0 and, Minimum RAM 3GB, Internal Storage 32 GB (*Not Compatible with Motorola Devices)
Good Internet Connection is must for downloading the lectures.
Sessions will be available for 3/6 Months. The period will start from the date of activation of the sessions.
DO NOT RENAME FILES on the Pen drive/HDD folder. Doing so will make the videos UnPlayable.
Make sure your system is virus free. If in doubt scan with a good anti-virus or format system before proceeding.
No Formatting of the laptop/system after the installation of our software (neither intentionally or accidently). Once you have installed the software in one laptop/system/mobile. It cannot be changed due to any reason. Seperate activation key will be needed to be purchased ( at INR 1750 for each key) for any change of system in any circumstances.
Connection to external Devices (large in size) is not allowed to play the lectures (example. HDD, External Screen, TV etc.)

Important Note: Content is exclusive for ACCA students giving their exams. Any false information or misrepresentation for any reason including but not limited to an intent to copy, share, record etc. is punishable offence and will lead to legal consequences along with termination of sessions without any refund.
